The Kentwood Springs order system is convoluted, needlessly complicated, and inclined to giving you orders that you don't want. Kentwood Springs Customer Service appears to be a completely separate entity. So what you discuss with them and what happens are often two different things. Never got credit for the bottles I returned. No receipt left for bottles picked-up. Continues delivering water I don't want or ordered. Continues to charge my Debit Card. Kentwood Springs does not respond to e-mails. Kentwood Springs Water Customer Service would not send me a confirmation for the closure of my account. So I won't be surprised to find more water I don't want at my doorstep next month. Even though I placed a large sign at my door asking them not to deliver water. Doing business with Kentwood Springs is one big hassle, a waste of time and money. UPDATE: Kentwood Spring Water, a.k.a. Dsservices.com, a.k.a. Primo Water North America. These companies continue to charge my bank account after my account with them was closed. They ignore my emails. Customer service is clueless and puts me on hold. I may have to close the Debit Card to stop them. Which will create a big problem for me. This is like identity theft. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the State Consumer Protection office. As well as posting to other review sites. Don't make the mistake of giving this company your Debit Card or banking information. It is a license to steal.
