Cannot get a hold of a human being to resolve my bill situation. Ref # 631****.

Cannot get a hold of a human being to resolve my bill situation. I have tried 4 different numbers and I go through the prompts and no one ever picks up the line.

20 minutes or more I wait and never a response. Ready to cancel our account.

I want to speak to a person. MA 225-383-**** to resolve this matter.

Order water bottle

None O need some more water bottle only about 5 thank you Happy

I don't need anything else but refill bottles and that's it about five only I want nothing else but the refill bottles other than that that's it

I was placed on Replenish, meaning to replace all empty containers left outside. However I DID NOT approve this but was made to pay for product the company chose for me.

This would explain why the monthly notifications of my deliveries were no longer being sent. Therefore I was not prepared to leave my empty containers outside, which the company charged me for and never fixed until I called.

The Kentwood Springs order system is convoluted, needlessly complicated, and inclined to giving you orders that you don't want.

Kentwood Springs Customer Service appears to be a completely separate entity. So what you discuss with them and what happens are often two different things.

Never got credit for the bottles I returned.

No receipt left for bottles picked-up. Continues delivering water I don't want or ordered. Continues to charge my Debit Card.

Kentwood Springs does not respond to e-mails.

Kentwood Springs Water Customer Service would not send me a confirmation for the closure of my account. So I won't be surprised to find more water I don't want at my doorstep next month.

Even though I placed a large sign at my door asking them not to deliver water.

Doing business with Kentwood Springs is one big hassle, a waste of time and money.

These companies continue to charge my bank account after my account with them was closed. They ignore my emails.

Customer service is clueless and puts me on hold. I may have to close the Debit Card to stop them. Which will create a big problem for me. This is like identity theft.

Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the State Consumer Protection office. As well as posting to other review sites.

Don't make the mistake of giving this company your Debit Card or banking information. It is a license to steal.
