Concealed Coalition ,Company did not do what was right, WANT A REFUND
- - Paid $79.99 on 3-22-2025 for a concealed carry cert; no steps email.
- - They refused a refund and did not tell me an appt is needed for training.
The company I ordered from for a certificate to carry concealed sent them $79.99 on 3-22-2025 and was to receive the certificate. I was to receive an email stating what to do.
I was to get an email from next steps, but I never received anything from them. I called the company on 4-2-2025; they refused to refund my money.
I was never told we would have to make an appointment ourselves to show up for any kind of training. I would really like for them to refund my money.

- - Paid $28.99 after an eligibility check with Direct Unlocks for a Galaxy phone.
- - Paid $101 for codes; a month later no codes or refund, only 24/7 AI chat.
I needed to network unlock my galaxy cell phone about a month or so ago so naturally i took to the web and out of all the so called "legit Unlock companies", i came across Direct Unlocks. I carefully checked over the policies and procedures and pricing.
I read over the reviews on the website that all stated they were very pleased with the business of Direct Unlocks. I signed up using my phones IMEI number for and "eligibility check" to make sure my phone wasn't blacklisted or stolen or reported lost. Everything checked out and i passed the eligibility check after paying a fee of $28.99 they then stated they needed a payment of $101 in order to produce said codes. I payed and was told id have my codes 15mins - 1hr, 24hrs if they had to go to the manufacturer.
Its been over a month and i have asked for a full refund several times and i keep getting the run around from what i believe is a AI chat bot or similar. They have no phone number or business address just 24/7 support chat with an "AI bot" that just repeats itself.
Im fed up and frustrated and need some assistance in obtaining my refund or my unlock codes but its most likely gonna be a refund. Can you help?

I've notified several Kentucky state attorneys Both Alibaba.com and attorneys have copies of the 5 USPS orders addressed to me at my residence that didn't arrive, not delivered. , I've submitted refund information and yet to receive an answer. I noticed 5 different USPS orders in my mailing list, Cainiao, Alibaba read on the labels, i submitted the USPS orders to Alibaba.com.
It seems 5 motorcycles had been ordered under my address with my information. The motorcycles weren't the brand or make that was being presented.
I made it clear it was unsafe to change a vehicles brand or make, and illegal to change the title.
I hired an attorney and informed many about the situation, $11,200 dollars and it's been almost a year and no response.
Where are the motorcycles?
