Let me start by saying Ive seen many construction projects in my neighborhood start and complete before this company has finished. The dirty front of this house in my neighborhood everyone should know about. These are the laziest least professional people Ive ever seen work on anything in my entire life. This company should not only stop working immediately but should face fines for the way they carry out their work. Slow sloppy and straight up poor craftsmanship is what this company is all about. Ive never seen a company start working on a roof and leave it unfinished for over a week. The siding to this house hasn't been completed in over a month. During this time exposed wood was allowed to be penetrated by all sorts of weather ranging from rain to snow. Everyone knows you should complete siding and roofing to secure the house first. This isn't the case with this pathetic company. I am also not a disgruntled employee like they claim writes bad reviews. I wouldn't let this company work on a dog house in my backyard none the less my house. Well over a year for a remodel and the end doesn't look anywhere in sight. Please tell me what kind of company leaves a full dumpster on someones front lawn? Please do everything in your power to avoid using this god awful company.

Dear Reader of the complaints. I am writing as owner of Kentstruction to let you know we have a wonderful report with our clients. It turns out we had a disgruntled employee who pretended to be several people who is trying to make us look bad. Please disreqard. Thank you, Kent Buell, President of Kentstruction We are members of NARI Winner of many COTY (Contractor of the Year) awards In business since 1981. Do projects for Habitat for Humanity etc.

Don't bother with them
I am not sure what type of company these people are running. The son, I believe his name is Gary is REALLY RUDE!!! They don't finish the job and make it seem like you owe them something. They started renovations on my bathroom nearly 7 months ago, and its still not completed. Every time I call there is an excuse and the last two times Gary actually was blaming me and started getting loud. I simply hung up. I would like to call the BBB and report them but just haven't had the time to do so. I would not recommend them at all. EVER! STAY AWAY!

I would recommend you report him to the Local L.D.S. church-I believe there is a branch in Medford. Mormons as a whole pride themselves on honesty and integrity especially in business dealings when they have a Temple Recommend such as Kent Buel, they can be held accountable by their Bishop/Stake President. I suspect the quality of the work provided by his company has suffered because he is using illegals who is employing to do the work. In addition, his new wife and step sons are now involved in the business, they on the other hand are not LDS, but Jewish, and the almighty $$$ is their God.

We have had great results!!!
Kentstruction added a second floor on our home in 1997, since then we have remodeled our kitchen and two bathrooms. They have always stood by their work and we definitely will use them again in the future. We have recommened them to numerous friends and family members over the years and have heard nothing but postive things. One thing that we always loved is that if you have a problem you can call and speak to some one, there is always some way to reach some one even late at night. When we did our project it rained heavy and water was coming in, they came by at 12pm in a storm to secure the tarp. We love you Kentstruction have a great day.

Do not complete work
I had Kentstruction complete a bathroom for me. A year later they still have not completed the work. Each time I call or email, I either get no response or when I do, its Gary, the owners son, and he is extremely rude. He actually once called me ***!!! I hung up on him because I realized he isn't worth dealing with. I realize that there isn't much I can do because I have paid in full. I am now hiring another company to finish the work. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. BE AWARE!!! Hold at least 10% of the money until the job is completed.

Kentstruction- Buyer Beware
Do not choose them for your home projects. They were paid in full and when issues were identified, they seemed willing to cooperate to get them fixed (at first), but months later, the issues still exist. They do not stand by their work (or their sub contractors work) and will refuse to acknowledge you as a customer. In todays tough economic times it is a tragedy that such an unscrupulous business can exist and get away with such distasteful acts against the public. Its a family owned business, so you would hope they care about families, it is the opposite.

There are many reasons why a project may be taking longer than you would expect. People may have fallen ill or had family issues or other extenuating circumstances.
Choices on items may be taking longer then expected.
