Kent Motoring World - Faulty Car

Purchased a Freelander for £4200 on 2nd August 2013.

My partner got it home and we immediately noticed numerous issues making the car unsafe to drive (my partner is heavily pregnant and needed a safe reliable car).

Also advertised as having various functions, which dint work, and full service history - which it has not got. We had a garage inspect it and confirm more faults. Approx £500 + unknown cost of faulty turbo, probably totalling £1000 or more.

Kent Motoring World refused to take the car back and would only fix issues at great cost to us.

The previous owners confirm faults were pre-existing and lack of service history (dealer claims we lost the sheets from the book).

Kent Motoring World still refuse to resolve, their attitude is appalling, they even claim to have recorded audio of my partner talking to me on the phone and to them on site - obviously illegal.

Hi anonymous (b7b96ae) I too am having issues with Kent Motoring World -I just wondered how you got on with them. I am in the process of going down the small claims court route with them.

Before I pay out any more of my hard earned money to these idiots wanted to know if they rectified any of your problems? Thanks
