Failure to honor money-back guarantee

Bought a machine from Ken's, and after I had it about two weeks, the store closed because of Covid-19. I sent many e-mails with no response. I called several times, but it went to voice mail, then got a recording that said voice mail was full. On their web site, they claimed e-mail and phone were being monitored. I got no replies whatsoever. Finally got someone on the phone and explained the situation. Kevin refused to give me a refund unless I used it to buy another machine. Also BEWARE-they have a warranty, but YOU have to pay for shipping!

Received product 14 days after estimated delivery date

I ordered a sewing machine case for my wife for Christmas I paid for the faster shipping ad it said estimated delivery date of dec 24th nothing came so on the 26th I called them. They said they do t know why but for some reason it was never shipped. They told me they would ship it right away and gave me a new delivery date of jan4th still nothing I then tracked the package and ups has a delivery date of the 8th I called the company again complaining because of two delivery dates now I was given and still nothing the guy tolde there is nothing they can do. I paid for tr extra shipping for faster delivery and I didn't receive it till later then what normal free shipping would have been overall I think this was just complete poor service by the way today is the 8th it finally got here so yea merry Christmas to my wife. Thanks for the late delivery!
