Thanking them for great service

I bought a Brother SE600 and I think it is the greatest machine for the money, used it for several weeks and the threader stopped working I tried to straighten the little threader but had no success, I called Kens and they immediately sent me a new threader. I installed it and the machine now works flawlessly. I have had several contacts with service there and find them to be professional and will continue to use them for my sewing needs.

Dishonest business policies

I purchased a machine one line. I received a machine that did not function. When I contacted Kens for replacement OR code I received obtuse responses and forms to fill out and no return code. Finally I just shipped the machine back and asked them to ship me new machine which they agreed to do. I was notified by fedx of a Filiberto but he did not have the package on his truck the history shows the shipper redirected the package back to him. Then I received a notice from PayPal of a reimbursement which was less then original payment. So basically I have Monetary loss of $60 with this business transaction and no product. So Buyer Beware all transactions with this company! It has hidden loopholes with the money back Guarantee which Has adverse impact on the customer only
