Kens Auto Sales

Last month my insurance company was in the process of changing my deductible to 500 and it was taking a week for them to do so cause i had to send pictures of my car for proof of no damage. The old lady that works up there, the guys mom, called me and while i was telling my one year old to stpp climbing on my two month old the lady told me that we are conducting business and to ignore that.

Yesterday when i was up there to pay my car she told me right after i gave her my money that they're gonna take the car cause my insurance dropped then proceeded to pry into my personal life by asking me where my money has been going, if im getting food stamps, and started to judge me when she asked me if i have any friends when i told her that i dont cause all i do is work and take care of my kids. Thank god i got my insurance cut back on the same day though.

I entered into an agreement with Ken McLeod for his auction services in November of 2009. The antiques were to be auctioned off during his New Year's Day Auction (1/1/2010).

The auction agreement stated that after an item was sold he would provide the funds in five days. Months went by and I had not received the funds or final sale results. I started e-mailing Ken and sending letters asking for the funds. He stalled and stalled.

I filed suit in Bartow County Magistrate Court (like small claims) for $12,500. Ken eventually paid me but, took nearly a year and a lot of work to collect the money.

I would not recommend doing business with Ken McLeod or Ken's Auction and Antiques.

I bought a 1996 Subaru Outback Legacy on Feb. 20th, 2010 and I got to drive it a total of 3 days, before it started overheating.

I called the gentleman back at the auto place and told him what happened.

All he said was that the mechanic that looked at the car had replaced the water pump, timing chain and thermostat.

Well my husband is a very smart man so he checked the car out and everything that was going on pointed to the thermostat being faulty, so he replaced it and it still overheated.

We are at a loss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
