Wrong reservation date

I ordered tickets and they put the wrong date of the visit on my tickets. Should be May 23 and they put April 12

I never got my email confirmation I order it online and they took my money out

I had order a ticket online yesterday for the lights at Kennywood. I never received the email for the confirmation so I ordered another one today so I need a refund from yesterday because I dont need two tickets. I only need one.
