WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

SHAMEFUL AND DISRESPECTFUL treatment customers who call out poor routine maintenance &; service!!! During state inspection on my truck with <20K miles one tire had tread worn down the middle which indicates tire over inflation or improper rotation. Dealer Service Department insisted "Normal Tire Wear". Called out Service MNGR out over abnormal tire wear & stated I will complain social media. He became hostile & belligerent refusing to finish job, and "FALSELY ACCUSED ME OF THREATENING HIM". Shameful & irresponsible customer service during COVID-19 pandemic!!! I asked for his business card & he returned from his office I pleaded a 2nd time to complete the job as I need a safe & reliable vehicle for my family during the COVID-19 pandemic. He again repeated his FALSE ACCUSATION "THAT I THREATENED HIM" He told me to "Get the *** Out". He threw his business card at me and continued to FALSELY ACCUSE ME OF THREATENING HIM for stating I would complain on social media. So Much for Freedom of Speech! At that point I did justifiably use vulgar language and call him a *** piece of *** for the SHAMEFUL & DISRESPECTFUL TREATMENT! Kenny Ross Ford South refuses to accept responsibility whatsoever& tries to divert attention focusing on my emotional response after I was treated in a completely SHAMEFUL AND DISRESPECTFUL MANNER. Their message is NEVER COMPLAIN ABOUT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!. They even had the audacity to suggest I am STUPID by suggesting I take my business elsewhere. WTF!!!

After Effects

Please do not post, ,, but regarding my experience with the loss of the promised 10,000 dollars, still for several years will feel the effects of this transaction, was just negligent of me for not reviewing through the contract before signing, but doesn't excuse there dishonesty either, at present I'm paying for the remaining cost of the Raptor, plus the cost of a step down vehicle, lesson learnt, but costly.
