Have nothing to do with Kennesaw transportation

this is the worst. company to work for. I've been a over-the-road driver for 22 years. And never had a company to treat me like this Bay truck broke down on me is Chicago Illinois and they wanted me to wait a week and a half for the truck to get fixed and when I said no and ask them to get me a bus ticket back to the terminal they fired me and told me I have to fine my way back home they gave me two choices wait a week and a half for the truck to get fixed or find my way back home the best way I can but if I took the bus back home I was terminated

Kennesaw Transportation - Falsly accused of putting a small sticker on a trailer
Hauled everything they said to haul and made bonus every week. Then went to Kennesaw yard in Rydel Ga. to get service on truck and was called into office with my team driver and was fired with only them saying they know we put a St Andrews cross sticker on several trailers and they called it defacing property. Really??? Everything we did for this so called Christian company. Wow talk about {{Redacted}} works in mysterious ways. So they tried to stop us from unemployment but the lawyers agreed with us. What a bunch of two face bastards. Would not advise anyone to work for them or get anything delivered from Kennesaw. So sad hiding behind or Lord and savior Jesus Christ. God have mercy on Kennesaw for they know not what they do.

Sorry to see things changed to much

when i went work i had heard of the old mans ways of doing things that he and the wife had come up the hard way in the business and nothing ever gave to them and it seem try they seem to be good people sorry i never got to meet the old man he died it would have been fun two old truck drivers talking but today kennesaw is not what i believe he had in mind drivers have become just a number to the son and it seem he doesn't know who's making him money he walk by me a couple of time in the and never even spoke i think his way of thinking is your nothing if you don't have a college degree but this business was made off degrees you can't take people that don't have time in this and put them in charge of drivers they don't talk trucking this business is about time and you learn something new everyday and just so know you don't just refuse to talk to a driver just because you think there on you level i call to talk with vp and he won't return my call the time was there i made kennesaw a lot of money don't damage equipment no tickets or problems with dot just done my job and was time for deliveries but what i hate the most is to see a old truck drivers hard work and swear go to nothing the fathers dream to go to pots the old man had the right ideas on things so for his memory don't run a good company in the ground trying to be like the big out fits there just driver factorys i hope in some way this is helpful to kennesaw keep the old mans dream alive

Great Company to work for - Friendly & family atmosphere!!

11 years ago I started at Kennesaw and have found my home. No, its not perfect but what job is. Bottom line: the owners believe it treating others the way they want to be treated. They are honest & fair. I hope to retire from Kennesaw. They have good pay along with a full benefit package. We hold a weekly Bible Study. Their is so much community involvement and family activities. They give 10,000 to each driver for every 5 years of employment. They pay everyone 200 bucks for every year of employment at Christmas. So, If you are here 2 years you get 400 bucks, 3 years is 600 bucks and it finally tops out at 2,000.00 which is what I get now that I have 11 years in.

Truck driver for Kennesaw

I love driving for Kennesaw. This is the best company I have every worked for. I am paid well, benefits are awesome, bonuses are great, and the atmosphere is very family oriented. No complaints about Kennesaw, whatsoever. The trucks are in great condition. They aren't old and worn out like some trucking companies give you. Kennesaw's trucks are brand new or almost new. This is the most professional company I have ever worked for. Honestly, I plan on retiring here. I wouldn't want to drive for anyone one. The Christmas party's are fun too. They give out the bonuses at the party. Very fun!

Not everyone at kennesaw gets a bonus The person behind the computer decides who will get a bonus Can't make a bonus when you set 3 days a week on a team truck Congrats on being one of the chosen few

Kennesaw sucks. Worked as a solo driver and got screwed BIG time.

I tried to speak with the owner on my way out but she too busy to take time 4 me. Probably doing a Bible study.Terrible experience!

Kennesaw transportation

I quit my job at Werner to go work for Kennesaw. I was making 1100 a week running teams.

The recruiter at Kennesaw told me i would be home every night and weekends off. I would make 1100 to 1200 a week running solo. Plus he would give me a 5,000 sign on bonus. It sounded to good to be true and it was.

The lesson learned make sure you get it in writing or forget it. Also their dispatchers suck too. They take forever to get your trips to u so your late for pickup.

And if you complain they get all *** It was a bad experience for me. Beware.

the truck don't get fixs like there should be. You tell them about what is wrong but that as far as it go.

MY truck sat on the yard for 5 days. then when I came back to work my truck was damage and there said I did it. and the brakes kept locking up no there did noting about it till there was no brakes left. and then it was blame on me for what happen.

monica has a bad attitude. she dose not want to hear what you have to say. her mind is made up. you have a lot of thing that are going on that the owner has no idea what going on.I wish I could sit around and get paid for it.

Did you every think why you have a big trun around of driver. I can see why the company is not making the money there should be.

Things are in the crapper since the old man passed. Upper management has no concern for the people who work there.

Now all of sudden the drivers are sitting too much because there is not enough freight. Never a problem before but hard to make money now.

What happened to this once great company? Just not same place since son took over

still a great company been here 23 years and ive never seen the problems you say...

1st lie Kennesaw's recruiters are all female.

2nd lie they tell you in orientation they will not get you home every week

3rd lie If you are going to be late they will help you reschedule

I don't know who you worked for but it wasnt Kennesaw

no actually there was a recruiter at kennesaw back last year and he was a man...he isnt there now and i cant remember his name but there was a man....Kennesaw seems ok so far (only been here for a little over a month) but there are a few issues that are beginning 2 concern me. 1st of all, right after i was hired, they changed the way they pay out your sign on bonus.

So basically i was lied to. When i was hired i was told i would recieve a portion of it every 30 its 90 days! It looks to me like they should apply each persons sign on bonus payments the way it was when that person is hired.

Now i have 2 trips which i havent been paid for and was scanned in...thats 1400 miles!...Also although most of the people at the terminal are friendly, there is one lady in particular who has suddenly started giving very hateful looks...michelle is her name...i do not know what her problem is but i go out of my way to be nice to her only to have her act very very rude towards me....i honestly believe i will be looking elsewhere. I believe a person should be treated the way they treat others and im just not gettin that here..

Well that's the same deal as you get at most companies we all have to learn to take the rough with the smooth and from what I've heard they don't sound real bad

Where are all the bad experiences company drivers have had with this company. They lie, cheat drivers out of these promised bonuses.

They have had well founded lawsuits from employees that just seem to go away. And the biggest insult of all is they claim to be a Christian friendly company.

There have to be thousands of drivers who have been cheated by this companies management. Speak up!!!!!!!!

Decent co. Good dispatch.

Lot of pets in trucks though.

They have some rough trucks as well as new. Good reefer trailers. Can be hard to get a co-driver if you don't enter as a team.

I have driven for several of the major freight companies before finding Kennesaw transportation. You, sir, don't know what you are talking about.

Kennesaw has been the best company I have ever dealt with. Dispatch is absolutely terrific. I am paid well and get plenty of miles.

They give great bonuses, too. This is a family oriented work place.
