Kennesaw State University - Customer Care Review from Kansas City, Kansas

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Kennesaw State withdrew me from a course without my permission and refuses to pay the $831 back that I paid for the course. This is due to an error of how they spelled my last name when sending me emails for assignments, 'Jiles' instead of 'Giles'. They stated "because you have already paid for the course, there is nothing we can do". I want a credit for the $831 I paid or a full refund via check or cash. I've spoken to several people who have no interest in resolving the issue, and simply refuse to assist in any way.
