Question on your product-Cool Gel Travel Pillow????????

Tried to reach by phone-609-409-**** (out of order) So...now what?, are you a legitimate company & can I get an answer to my question. I bought a Cool Gel Travel Pillow from Wal Mart (one of your distributors).

Is this pillow going to be allowed by TSA, due to the gel contents (apparent from the outside of the pillow)????

I do not know how to post a photo...here's the details: item #AT88-027-0**-** & Bar Code (6 33125 ****6 6). Can you help me?

Forgotten Combination

My husband chose a different combination for his carry-on than we generally use for our American Tourister Global TSA luggage locks. Now he can't remember what it is.

I have the package for the particular lock, which says it is re-settable, but we can't figure out how to do it. Does anyone know how? I called the company and a live person with no foreign accent, (yeah!) took my phone number and said they would get back to me. Hope they do, so we don't have to cut the lock off.

Can get into the case but can't open the lock so the case can be secured. Traveling soon. Question is whether I have to go out and buy two new locks or just one. TSA in Denver removed my lock and didn't replace it.

Luggage arrived in Cleveland with no lock. Thankfully, nothing, except the lock, was missing. A big "thank you" to the honest baggage handlers in Denver and Cleveland, who didn't help themselves to my stuff. Several calls to Denver Airport brought no response.

Have traveled fairly extensively and have never had this happen at ANY airport, except Denver. Beware, if you have to fly from there.

Can't re-set TSA Lock

Preferred solution: Just tell me how to open & re-set the lock. The package says it's re-settable.

Kennedy International, Inc. of Dayton NJ sells a large number of "Kennedy Collection" household products including Kennedy Home Collection on Amazon.com.

I bought THREE of their F-0551 glass etageres at a local retailer, the last they had (and they had no plans to order more). Rather a nice product, actually. One of the packages was missing a plastic nag that was supposed to hold plastic washers and chrome-plated plastic caps. So I sent Kennedy International a query via their "contact us" link on their website.

They ignored that, so I sent it again. They ignored that as well, so I called their "customer service" number and left a message. A week later and still nothing from Kennedy. Think at least twice before buying ANYTHING from The Kennedy Collection - if somebody in China forgot to put a part in the box, Kennedy International Inc.

won't be of any help at all.

They're not only incompetent in this area, they're just plain rude. Maybe all those New Jersey jokes I've heard over the years have some basis in fact.

I bought a Kennedy showerhead unit at a retailer. The swivel broke right off at the supply pipe.

I called Kennedy to ask if I could get a replacement part. Their response: "Not really". Terrible service.

Made in China, boxed in China. If it's broke your out of luck.
