In early September I placed an order, I received the confirmation and the shipping confirmation, when I tracked it it was in the air on September 4 the next time I tracked it, it says the order is finished. I have never received anything.
I have sent numerous complaints and requests to their contact support and replied to the email in which I get an automatic responses saying they will contact me within 12 to 72 hours I have never heard back.
I believe this company is completely bogus and a fake company that does not exist and you should not order from there because you do not receive what you order and they take your money. No one from Customer Service has called me or emailed me nor reached out to me at all with my inquiries.
