Cheated out of money and sold bad furniture

I was selling on consignment. many pieces of furniture. i also was buying a king bedroom set. the owner did not pay for the furniture he got and sold. he also complained after the fact, with no proof, that some of it was 'broken'. i was paid about half or less of what he owed. the owner also knew i was looking for a bed low to the floor. i was moving too. when i got to the new place, four hours away, i discovered the bed was way too high. also he sold me a box spring that was not needed and made the bed even higher. If that was not enough, the new chest of drawers needed repair within a few months time. owner flippantly said "well just bring it back so we can look!" when he knew it was impossible. i had to pay for repairs and the owner ignored a letter and pictures from my attorney so i lost half the money he owed me.
