2014 jeep wrangler noisy litters, now as per dealer bad valves? Requires new head?

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Chrysler 2 jeep wranglers, my wife's 2013 and my fathers 2014, also I traded my 2009 challenger r/t for a new 2015 challenger srt, as you can see I have been purchasing your cars for years. My issue is on my fathers 2014 wrangler, this vehicle and all were purchased at Kendall jeep/ dodge in Miami Florida, and this particular car has been at the dealer now 3 times with different issues, first the rear defroster, then the ac panel control which was defective, and now it developed an engine tapping noise which ended up being as the dealer puts it "bad lifters" and now apparently a bad valve requiring a new head?

How can that be on a new car? No less a 30k jeep? He is now on a rental going on 2 weeks, needless to say customer service by the service department is appalling, unless he calls, no one calls him! I guess customer service has gone, since it seems for me to spend 120k on 3 cars was great, to get one fixed is a fiasco and a " we will hope " kind of deal, I would like this taken care of, no longer can I trust this vehicle, I mean a new head?...

Come on really, would you take it back, drive it and what? Hope for the best?

I guess now a days unless legal action is involved, which I have no issue doing as I want this taken care of, and if their competence to the mater lacks as it clearly shows, I will have no choice but to look for legal assistance. Sincerely Jose Sierra
