Consumers are not pleased with Billing Practices and Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy. The price level of this organization is high according to consumer reviews.
Cant reach anyone in Customer service. No Phone number to get a refund.
My last batch was hard stiff and old. I was not reminded of a payment coming out prior to since I havent used it is a long time.
There is no way to speak to anyone to stop it since the payment went just went through.
I do not recommend. Please refun d this last payment and DO NOT SHIP

The last shipment I received had opened packaging and some of the packages contents were hard which is an indication that the product was stale/old. When I complained about this via email, the response was that the company does not accept returns.
However the company has a quality assurance teams that is suppose to assure that the product being sent out meets certain standards . Hmm??? How did the quality assurance team miss this? And when I informed Kencko of this, they were unwilling to make the correction.
When the company sees this review please look at my order history and you will see that Ive never had any complaints about your product and actually enjoyed it. So if your company mission is to deliver a nutritional product to their consumers, please make sure the package that contains your product is not damged or compromised.
If Kencko chooses to respond to this complaint then I will provide the information needed for follow up.

I want to order single box orders when I need product. I cancelled and then received and was billed 160.00 for the box I didnt want.
PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION! I would like to order individual one time purchase boxes as needed. I have too much product I need to consume. Send me a confirmation email that you have discontinued my subscription.

I would like a refund an I wanted to cancel my order I did the same thing last month an they said I would not be charged this month but I was I don't have the product an I don't want it so please stop charging me
Charged after canceling a subscription
I've bought Kencko smoothies as a present for Christmas. After that i realized that they made me a subscription.
They charged me for January and after i realized that i canceled sub. They charged me again today saying i have to cancel sub day before refill but there is nowhere information when refill is.
I got e mail that package is shipped on January 11th and i canceled on January 16th. They said it was too late for February.
Also they claim they sent me warning e-mail about refill but i didn't get that e-mail.
User's recommendation: Don't buy anything from them. It is expensive and they subscribe you but it is hard to get out of it.
