Charged after canceling a subscription

I've bought Kencko smoothies as a present for Christmas. After that i realized that they made me a subscription. They charged me for January and after i realized that i canceled sub. They charged me again today saying i have to cancel sub day before refill but there is nowhere information when refill is. I got e mail that package is shipped on January 11th and i canceled on January 16th. They said it was too late for February. Also they claim they sent me warning e-mail about refill but i didn't get that e-mail.

User's recommendation: Don't buy anything from them. It is expensive and they subscribe you but it is hard to get out of it.
