purchase chef knife, claim can cut wood (means durable).not long after using there is a thin long crack.seller claim no refund/replace after 2days.no more email from them

It has now been over a month without receipt of product. Company gave me a tracking number which was not an active number. We have received no rebate and have been forced to cancel the credit card and get a new one to ensure these scammers don't steal any more money.

Paid online and they act like they never received payment when my bank statement clearly shows it went through. We have been sending eMails back and forth for days. It was only 75 bucks, my bad but if they screw 5000 people, thats 375000 dollars. For that Ill fly to Japan and cut someones throat
