Refund

We spent $125.53 for 4 wristbands. We only got on the ferris wheel and the girls got on the carousel and it started raining. We we to eat at the oven pizza. Shopped around and when we saw the rides weren't coming on we asked a supervisor at the ticket booth about a rain check or refund and she said no. I didn't spend all that money to just get on 2 rides.

I had a few problems in our room not being clean and nasty stuff under the mattress so the tickets that I bought for all day pass this morning the line was way too long and medically I cant stand in the line for hours so we were going to wait and just go tomorrow and get in line early so we didnt have to stand there so long but now we have tickets from the boardwalk inn hotel because we had some nasty problems with our room which have been resolved on that end but being were two hours from here we dont get to come here this is our first time so I wont use the online tickets so I need a refund for them. It has taken me four hours to figure out how to get in touch with someone to get this problem solved because nobody at the hotel could tell me what to do I couldnt find anything online and I could not get any help at the ticket booth except for a phone number which no one is answering so I finally found this place to send an email and it is 720 at night and I started this at 4:30 this afternoon so please tell me what I need to do to get a refund on my online ticket that I no longer need or will be able to use

Since this is making me Rate was stars before in my problem is solved Im gonna have to read it very low is my problem is solved I have no problem with redoing my rating on the services Ive received from the boardwalk and from the boardwalk inn

User's recommendation: Don’t buy online tickets because you have to stand in the line to get bracelets anyways if you buy online ticket stand in the line because it is too hard to try to get a hold of someone to get a refund if you don’t end up getting to use them
