Kelly Chrysler Car Repair Review from Sugar Grove, Pennsylvania

Took my fleet car (2015 Journey) there for tires, windshield washer pump, and wiper blades. Amanda (service desk) came out and told me the fleet company would not pay for tires because they had 15/32 tread. She said they put wiper blades on it and it was good to go. I for some reason thought she said 5/32 tread and called my fleet company to see why they wouldn't get tires put on it. They told me she said 15/32 tread! You can't buy new passenger tires with 15/32 tread! What a ***! I called Kelly's and spoke to Amanda and all I got were "yeah" and "uh huh" answers. They wasted my Saturday morning and my washer fluid pump still doesn't work! I went to Sears where they got the correct measurement (4/32) and my new tires were approved and fixed my washer pump. I assume they sold my tires (I had to wait several days for them to come in) to a customer paying cash. Don't have your car serviced there. They are ***

Did a fraudulent inspection to beat free tires for life

took out my 2008 dodge ram truck out to Kelly chrysler/jeep for my 4th inspection but new in 2008 with free tires for life plan .My truck has a little over 19,000 miles on it this was in july 2012. They failed my inspection saying i needed 2 tires when all 4 were worn and a front end alignment and struts were bad. i took it for a second opinion as they had lied on former inspection and this was too seriou to pass over. i have paper work where i took it too NTB and passed inspection the styruts were good and i needed 4 new tires to have the front end alignment and it cost me $659.00 and when i went back out to Kelly in moon twp university blvd i showed them my paper work and told the inspection dept i wanted to talk to the owner Mr. Wiklliam Kelly he would not alk to me and still hasn't after many tries to contact him instead his service director Mr. Phillip Behr. is the only one talking and he said they will not reemburse me for my loss all i want is my 659.00 back as the are fraudulent in what they are doing.I also have a witness that he has had 2 sets of tires put on his dodge challenger free for life and had to have nothing done i will never buy another dodge product and my witness said he is also done with dodge and i will let the public know to watch out for thispractice at Kelly chrysler/jeep they do not deserve to deal with the public with these kind of practices but i will get my money back if it means taking this company to court and exposing their business practices.I am a 75 year old woman and i dn't like to be taken and ripped off and have dealt with dodge products for many years but maybe due for a change My name is Myrna Pratt 727 bowuet street Mckees rocks pa 15136 Phone # 412-875-****

Sold me a $20,000 car with bent rims

Kelly Chrysler in brookville P.A said that they would have to see if the insurance i bought on the tires would cover the bent rims! sold me the car saying it was certified called the main office they said the certified inspection was done in december 5 months earlier. They say every dealership is crooked well let me tell you if you want to be treated badly and lied to this is the place for you! My Advice when you take a car for a test drive have it set up so you can drive it right to your machanic because the fellows at kelly chrysler in brookville p.a dont know what the *** their doing or talking about!

Stop crying?! When you work hard and pay for something, you expect to get what you paid for.

You might call it crying but, believe me, consumer’s aren’t down with the smart *** comment you replied with. I don’t live on the East Coast and out here on the West Coast, consumer’s are a business’ livelihood…my advice would be to treat your customer’s with that kind of mindset and…show your boss the public comment you made..
