Non payment

I was a sub contractor for 10 years. KBS has not paid feb and march 2023.

They owe us $3500.

The worst part is no response to emails, calls, text. This company is horrible.

Didnt receive pay

Worked @JCPENNY in Madison wisc for 3weeks and still haven't received my paycheck, it's been a month and I'm owed $700.00

I was hired through your company in Bremen Ga . Cleaning the schools ..

By Melisia Morales , interview was done in her truck in Ingles parking lot , was not given a drug test or fingerprint background , never heard of that at all to work in school grounds around children !! Really ?? I was looking for a job , but it was more like a circus , I was hired to work from 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm ,there were nights that I didnt get off till 1: 45 am .. only 2 of us to clean a school campus that should have at least 4 people !!

The day shift are all family of the account manger , so lots of favoritism and things being swept under the rug !! , they left their trash along with many other job duties , for 2nd shift to take out along with all the trash we had of our own job duties , the schools in Bremen Ga city are DISGUSTING , students at high school will not even use the restrooms because they are disgusting , As well as the schools in the county .. my first check was short , I contacted my manager to inform , no reply , I left message that I would not be coming back , still no response as to why , they treat their employees like trash , there is a huge turn over as to not being able to keep employees , and a lot of is to due the management .. your company does not have a good name in my area ..

you should send people to do a surprise visit unannounced that you are coming or put someone secretly to work at these schools especially Bremen City schools and you may be shocked at what you discover !! I am a very hard worker and take pride in my work , have had my own cleaning business for over 20 years and have numerous references of my work ethics .. I have never seen anything such as the things I witnessed with this company .. people leaving to go do personal errands , not clocking out and being gone for 1.5 -2 hrs , leaving a huge work load on one person !!

It was a circus not a job ! I worked over time and then to get shorted on my check , asked for a copy of my hours , wages and tax deductions , from my manager , nothing in response .. and for $10.50 an hour , no thanks !! people are getting treated as dirt and its totally not right at all !

I would not recommend anyone to KBS in Bremen , Haralson County Ga !! Someone from corporate really needs to check this situation out in person !!

Mr. Austin Springs, and Joshua, actions is to "nullify" the truth, in other words create legally an "invalid" experiences at KBS, to invalidate the truth, is morally wrong and unethically, and illegal, Joshua, one of the management team member staff threaten me, his exact words, to slap me with additional insubordination charges,

me and my daughter was in the car driving, when I received the phone call after business hours, and she recorded the conversation, because she believed I, was being insulted, as evidence, without my knowledge, Mr.

Austin Spring, was on the phone but never acknowledge he was present only after, he verified his present with an email to me afterwards,

the email and conversation is documented. Mr. Springs, and Joshua, unethical practices implies making something powerless by discredited the "truth" Joshua, the regional manager, pretended at time he was Mr. Springs, Joshua language and tone was of an mean spirited nature and unprofessional, when you "collude" to cause something

to have no "effect" is illegally practices, by placing me on "suspension" with out "rationale" there no logical explanation for this treatment but only too "crucify" my character, to criticize or tear apart someone severely is punishment to me, and need proper exposure to the right agent.


Smolen, will needed guides to the proper recipient with concerns about the business "practice" at Kellermeyer Bengensons Services LLC, location: Amazon, at DSF6, Richmond CA, the perpetrator that has violated me, and the law, has been terminated for harassing me, and other "employee" Gloria Harden, verified the truth,

Mr. Austin Springs, and Joshua, the Management staff, call me after business hours yesterday using verbal abuse, and threatening me with additional insubordination charges, they suspended me until further notice, because I questioned the business practices,

in particular my safety, while preforming my duties, I mention to Joshua, the district manager that employee working practices should be revised, and along with workplace posting such as the California Code of Regulations, General Industry Safety Order Section 3204,

when a employer using industrial truck shall post and enforce a set of operating rules, when employees are wondering the premises at night, they leave me with no other choice but to seek counsel, I has filed a complaint with the EEOC, DEFH, OHSA, and the Labor Commissioner,

and reporting it to Pam Cook, for broadcasting media "attention" this is a serious matter, and it need the proper attention!

will the new appointed, Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mark Minasian, be the proper recipient, to report my concerns, about KBS, business practices, the management team have went beyond fair treatment.
