Made 1.4 billoions from cancer patients on tne Zantac offered $1750 each client

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Zantac/NDMA cases: 80k with GSK; 10k with Pfizer; 10k with Sanofi.
  • - Offers to cancer patients: up to $6k; most $1.75k; refusal ends representation.

This firm made billions of dollars with the Zantac case 2.2 with GSK for 80,000 cases; $250 million with Pfizer for 10,000 clients; and $200 million with Sanofi for 10,000 clients for people who used Zantac. As a result, they all had cancer from the NDMA chemical that Zantac contains.

How much did they offer for these billions for the cancer patients? The highest paid was $6,000. Most of them got offered $1,750, and if you refuse the offer, they will stop representing you. Imagine, they got paid billions and they offer $1,750.

Sorry, but we think it's a very fair price for your cancer.

We hope they all have cancer sometimes in their lives, so they know what cancer is. Do not believe them, please.

Loss:
$25000
Cons:
  • Not trustworthy
  • Liers

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Be careful

People are too eager to join a class action suit expecting a windfall. Nothing was stopping any claimant from not joining and hiring their own attorney.

Poor ethics

AI Highlights
  • - Opt-in digital or physical; user wanted physical.
  • - Link didn't work; no help to access compensation.
  • - No updates or contact for a while.

They have a system that is either defective or designed on purpose to either fail or pretend to comply with their own principles, it "gives you" the options to choose whether to opt in receiving a compensation with a digital card or a physical one. I wanted a physical, but it chooses a digital.

But then the link didn't work, and they don't help to get to your compensation, and it's been a little while and haven't heard anything from them yet. I'm not sure if they don't care, or it's a deficiency in their systems.

User's recommendation: Next time I make sure to talk to them, no texts no emails, until they say I don't have any other choice.
