Poor ethics

They have a system that is either defective or designed on purpose to either fail or pretend to comply with their own principles, it "gives you" the options to choose whether to opt in receiving a compensation with a digital card or a physical one. I wanted a physical, but it chooses a digital. But then the link didn't work, and they don't help to get to your compensation, and it's been a little while and haven't heard anything from them yet. I'm not sure if they don't care, or it's a deficiency in their systems.

User's recommendation: Next time I make sure to talk to them, no texts no emails, until they say I don't have any other choice.
