Online chat was offered for $5 and a request for my credit card. Wow, love the arts in Portland but seems impossible to communicate with them. So disappointed.

Non-resale Hamilton tickets
The voice message for Keller is a circular loop which never gives one an opportunity to talk to a live person, or leave a message. The message says they check the message box, but I never found a way to leave a message. Horrible customer service.
I want to buy tickets for Hamilton that arent resale tickets and dont have an extra layer of charges built into them.

Phantom of the Opera_August 08 2018 ; actors great, venue rude & nasty

Took my wife to see her 1st opera, the actors & the overall performance was fantastic but the rest of the place was terrible! 1st-there's trash around your feet as you walk around the main floor , 
2nd-while in line for drinks & snacks, a well dressed douchbag cut straight to front, got what he wanted & left.
When I verbally corrected him security pulled ME out of line. They didn't even stop Mr.Well dress do what I want & I never got my snacks 3rd-apparently cell phones ARE allowed if know someone [security] as several people had theirs out illegally recording doing the show. 4th-NO DOMESTIC BEER? ?!?!
I'll be taking my wife to Seattle or back home to Cincinnati for our next opera.
Highly disappointed in Portland's Keller Auditorium !!!!
