Keith Spicer Worst Tea Products
Hey Keith Spicer.....Your Old England tea bags keep busting and tearing. The tea is dull-tasting. One box tastes fine and the other box tastes dull. I'm going to go to another brand! I've been buying Dorset and Old England Tea for years! Lately, the cheap stuff would taste better than yours. I'll make a picture of tea like I always do and one box tastes fine and I open another box and it tastes watery. I make it the same way every time!Shame on you Keith Spicer. Keith Spicer is the worst company I have ever seen in my life....

I have been drinking Keith Spicer’s Old England tea for over 20 years. It used to be when you opened a new box of tea, you could smell it. You could savour the flavour pleasantly hitting your nostrils. Now, there's a very weak smell and the tea is weak and not brisk. There is a fishy smell to it and to make matters worse, the pricing is ridiculous. Now, do you think I would ever drink it again? Keith Spicer, thanks but no thanks!!! Not only does the tag come off 90% of the bags, you have to try and make sure the bag doesn't fall into the hot water. With the tag, you can lightly tie it around your cup handle and it doesn't fall in, but also the bags have holes in them and it is very annoying. Could you please look at this and rectify the problem? Whatever happened to Keith Spicer? The Dorset tea and Old England brand has become a sore to the eyes in supermarkets. I have to consciously dodge it as the sight of the teas gives me a bad taste in my mouth.

everyone please do not buy the Keith's Tea Product at any cost. They are selling the worst Tea products.
Nice advertisement Spicer, :( but I have had experience with your "Tea" and it was not very good
Firstly we are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy, at Keith Spicer we do take all complaints very seriously. We have not received any complaints directly into our business of this nature.
In order to ensure that we supply products which match our customers high expectations we have a wide range of quality control measures in place. The systems we have allow us to trace any specific complaint back and review using the ‘batch code’ printed with the Best Before Date. We also regularly test for pesticides in our teas to ensure that they comply with worldwide regulations.
