Looking to buy a used auto
I went to Keith Shelnut Auto to buy a Truck. They tagged it for me ran my Credit and said my credit was to high.
So then they said the truck need AC fixed, tire vibration, 4x4 wasnt working and the drivers seat was broken. They took it to shop to be fixed the owners son Tyler Shelnut said to wait on getting financed that he could lower the price once they get the bill from the repair shop. So 4 days later it returned they posted it back online for sale and sold it. I was waiting on the finance got Lee Mashburn who supposedly had the flu for 3 days.
We played phone tag and now they sold the Truck right out from under me. Dinged my credit and I was working on my own financing and never received a total loan amount. This is not how business is done. Then they blamed me.
I have all the messages! Do not buy from Keith Shelnut in Blairsville Ga.

Preferred solution: I want the credit hit off my credit report. They had no intention on selling me the truck.
