Hired him because he was supposedly putting a rubber roof On my Flat roof instead he used wording in contract that implied it but just put On regular Roll roofing that had partials of rubber. See wording then Google exact wording and you will see that it is not a 4 ft roll overlapping like I got. Did job before he got permits & Then threatened me that he was not going to get the permit and coc and I would have had to deal with the county. Terrible person and very shady. Filled complaints with the county and they did nothing. Could have gotten the same job for $3000 cheaper and a honest man
