Ordered and received email confirmation. In 1-3 days, I will receive a tracking number.
On the 4th day, I sent an email asking for the tracking number. The response stated that in 3-5 days, I will receive the tracking number. Hello?! First, it was 1-3 days, and now it's 3-5 days.
I waited a few days and sent an email, but received no response. I sent another email, but still got no response. I called 833-949-****, was on hold for quite some time, then received an automated response asking me to leave a voice message.
This is ridiculous. Furthermore, the item is listed under Vianys, and their website lists the item for $20.00 less for the EXACT same item that I ordered from them!
