Increased price above signed contract and won't refund deposit
Deposit was $6750 not $5750 which was a typo
We sign a contract 4/23/19 with Kehoe Kustom to rebuild a deck. We supplied architect plans and details list of materials.
Chris Kehoe gave us a contract for $135000, we signed and gave $5750 deposit. Weeks later he returned with a new contract for the same job for $248000.
We refused to sign and asked for our deposit back. He refuses to complete the job under the signed contract of $135000 and refused to refund our deposit.
Preferred solution: Full refund
