This has been by far the worst management staff i have ever dealt with at a auto dealership. I purchased a vehicle in Jan and the post sales interactions have been nothing more than extremely frustrating.

I have placed several call into the dealerships, txt messaged my sales rep, each month and have yet to have a manager call me back or acknowledge the issues with my purchase.

I have went as far as to reach out to the leadership on Linked in to get a response which did work for a manager that is no longer there. Beware, Beware, Beware, the Passat is working fine however the missing items and $$$ issues post sales would make me think twice before ever purchasing anything from any Keffer Dealership..

Keffer Volkswagen - Complaint about a dealership

I have just purchased a VW Passat that has not been placed in your record as of yet. I have been sold a car that was told would be brand new but has 3500 miles on it.

Also I found out the car was sold to another customer and had to be brought back. I have been miss directed and have been sold a car with incorrect legal loan documentation.

I would like this fixed very soon I have submitted a CFPB complaint and will be contacting the news to look into the practices at Jefferson VW of huntersville as the manager has told me they have had to buy multiple cars back because of this very reason. I would like someone to reach out to me as soon as possible to get this issue resolved.
