2023 Calligraphy Purchase

Our Salesman Peter was fantastic and very communicative and helpful. Unfortunately with current market there was no negotiation but that was not salesman's fault.

The F&I guy on the other hand was a P.O.S.

Despite using their Financing Application to get the best rate possible upon arriving and sitting with F&I guy he attempted to charge 7.99% for well over 800 credit score, Hyundai offering 6.29% on website!

Absolute disgrace and waste of time...sat in F&I office applying online to multiple banks for loans.

He was able to go back and get 6.14 from Wells Fargo so I took it so I can walk out with Car.

Current market interest is +/- 5.5% so will be refinancing in 30days when I get my first statement.

F&I is absolute disgrace! GET YOUR OWN FINANCING and do not use this P.O.S.

Car sold to another buyer as title paperwork was being done

RUN!! The most unprofessional dealership.

I was working with a sales Rep Andrew. I provided a written offer on a vehicle on 1/12 in the afternoon. I initiated the loan with our bank and send over a copy of my DL that was requested. The sales rep then told me he was working on the title paperwork.

Then the morning of 1/13, we were informed the car had been sold. WHAT? Then proceeded to tell us if we find another vehicle to let him know.

That will be a huge no thank you. How can they even be trusted?

I bought a 2014 Sonata with 45K miles from them. We're happy with the car, but are frustrated that we've been dealing with a faulty tire sensor since the test drive.

We were initially told that the tires had been inflated and the warning light would disappear once we hit the road. When we reported that the warning light was a sensor issue because it didn't go away, our sales representative, Andrew advised that they would take care of the issue and that we would receive a call from the service department to schedule. The phone call never came, so I visited the dealership today. From the moment I tried to schedule an appointment with the service advisor, I've never experienced such awful customer service.

The service advisor wouldn't help me without approval from the sales team, but when our sales representative attempted to get approval for the work from his sales manager (the most condescending individual around. Talk about your stereotypical used car salesman), I was informed that despite our sales representative informing us that they would address the repair, the vehicle was actually "as is" and they wouldn't help because they didn't have any money in the deal to do so. I cannot believe that they would not do the right thing to address a SAFETY issue that was present from the offset, especially one of such minimal cost to them. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I have never been treated so poorly by a company in the "service industry", especially that smarmy sales manager. It's not right that they do business in this manner.

They should not be able to get away with this. Hopefully this review causes at least one person to take their business elsewhere.

This dealership will go to extreme lengths to charge you way above sticker price on a new vehicle, and will do their absolute best to convince you that they're actually doing you a favor and cutting you the best deal. They have no regard for you or anything you may have going on in your life, they only care about squeezing as much money as they possibly can out of any customer who is unlucky enough to do business with them.

And then once you reluctantly buy the car you got such a horrible deal on, they refuse to fix the serious electrical problems that arise within the first month of owning the vehicle. Filing a lawsuit is time consuming, but my lawyer told me he is not surprised at all that Keffer Hyundai does bad business, he's had many issues with them, if that tells you anything. I reached out to Keffer to give them a chance to make things right, and they chose to ignore me.

Never before (except for select politicians and news media) have I seen someone behave so sincere and act so caring while simultaneously lying to your face and attempting to charge you for all you're worth. Friendly word of advice, heed this, whatever offer they give you SLEEP ON IT, and contact nearby local dealerships with the same car and see what they'll offer you.

I PROMISE you the Keffer Hyundai offer is not going to be near as good. GO TO ANY OTHER HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP. They will offer you a better price, I promise. If you go outside of Charlotte, Modern Hyundai of Concord is excellent.

Another word of advice, if they have any sort of promotion or discount, they will try to nullify it the best they can by adding charges on something else.

Total bait and switch. GO ELSEWHERE.

Oh do I have something to say!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I will give them one Star on customer service and deal closing process just to return the favor, it takes gut to look straight into someones eyes and hypocritical make them believe that they are actually doing their best to help you purchase an used car in very good conditions when in fact it is the complete opposite.

Here we go:

Mother drove away with an used Chevy Cruze 2015 that apparently was in mint condition, obviously of course.

1st issue appeared the very next day, check engine light came on

solution? the light was taken off dashboard from service and she was sent her way once again thinking that all was alright.

2nd issue light came back on after three hours to which mother rapidly return to dealership and after several hours the car was returned to mother without check engine light on.

3rd issue check engine light stayed off for a couple of days, purchase was already closed and over the 4 days period to return the vehicle.

4th issue check engine light came back on, in addition the car would not accelarate after 20 minutes or so of being driven, service had no idea of what was causing it or why the check engine light kept coming on.

5th issue after pumping gas and this happens everytime, the car wont start at all. it only starts after several attempts.

6th issue electronic misfiring between power chargers and usb, it is like playing tip for tab....you would never know which one was going to work

7th issue after many, many phone calls and reaching out to several representatives to whom all claimed to be managers we got the chance to sit down and try to accept a different car a brand new hyundai accent tripled the price and monthly payments, if accepted it would have set up my mother to failed payments.

8th issue dealership never showed intentions to fix the car

9th issue they offered to purchased the vehicle back and the price was way under valued, leaving mother with a negative balance added to a very basic 2019 hyundai accent ........all it needed to be less attractive was non automatic power windows.

10th issue, mother was given a loaner with limited miles usage, loaner had 3100 miles and couldnt go over 4000 miles, now, mother works with her car delivering meals and packages, so no income at all due to the limited loaner.

11th issue, car was sent to chevy dealership for a check up, it came back with several codes to be fix but the report was never disclosed to mother.

12th issue and im going to stop right here to avoid boredom;

Customer communication and business clarity of all the process since 11/28/2018 until today's date has been the worst that I have ever experienced.

hope this helps future tempted buyers to reevaluate Keffer Hyundai's as a place to bring our business.

Hyundai Mortor Roadside Assitance

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Never Use!!! Don't call them, this company takes advantage of people in need.

I was to get a tow to the nearest dealership and agreed to an $89 charge. Which is already a lot of money for a 5 minute tow. But it turned out all I needed was a jump for my car. The guy told me "sounds like a battery problem, you want me to give you a jump?

I told him ok. Little did I know that it cost an additional $65 to jump a car. This guy didn't tell me it would cost that much prior to doing. Then when I looked at my bill I was charged $89 for the tow.

Which I did not have. I then spoke with someone about how cruel it was to charge people in need and they wouldn't credit me the money back. Im extremely upset at this company and will never use again. I will also tell every Hyundai driver I know never to use them.

Its not the money as much as knowing you are being taken advantage of. Shame on you Hyundai Roadside assistance.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM KEFFER HYUNDAI

Sold us a used car that had multiple issues days after driving it home and will not take ownership of it. The AC went out less than a month of owning the vehicle and the vehicle shakes when it reaches over 60 mph.

When we took the vehicle into get serviced for the shaking they charged us $45 and ONLY balanced the tires. The shaking is still happening minutes after driving away and told us it wasn't their problem because it passed state inspection.

DO NOT BUY a vehicle from any Keffer dealership especially not Keffer Hyundai. HORRIBLE SERVICE ON ALL LEVELS.

Thanks to you, the Keffer Car Dealership Empire is Crumbling

Keffer Hyundai - Thanks to you, the Keffer Car Dealership Empire is Crumbling

Thanks to all the people who are contacting us with your evidence of Keffer corrption.

James Keffer has foolishly placed the Keffer Car Dealership Empire and possibly his own freedom in the hands of a lawyer that just lost in court to a housewife with no legal experience! How dumb does that make James Keffer?

Meanwhile, Keffer's lawyer appears to be acting out of complete desperation as he helplessly watches the Keffer Empire begin to crumble.

Those who have not yet contacted us, please get your Keffer documentation together and contact us immediately at:

THANK YOU!

Lawsuits Against Keffer Hyundai

This is Jack Stratton. I own the website jailthekeffers.com

My wife currently has a rapidly moving lawsuit in the N.C. courts against Dwayne Moser, Keffer Hyundai, and James Keffer. (See my previous posting above).

James Keffer should be aware that he could have quickly and easily settled my wife's current lawsuit, but he chose instead to pay his lawyer (apparently large sums of money) to dig an even deeper hole for Keffer.

Now James Keffer is going to be sued again, this time in FEDERAL COURT.

My wife and I are both filing multi-million dollar federal lawsuits AGAINST JAMES KEFFER AND HIS LAWYER.

Keffer may want to hire a different lawyer for his upcoming federal cases. My wife Kathy (a pro se housewife with no legal experience) has already beaten and publicly humiliated James Keffer's current lawyer in state court.

I am personally "chomping at the bit" to get James Keffer and his lawyer in federal court.

Regardless of what James Keffer's lawyer may tell him, KEFFER WILL LOSE IN FEDERAL COURT.

Our federal lawsuits are going to SHOCK Keffer and his lawyer, and hopefully the entire community.

Furthermore, I have aquired the following two domain names to directly and publicly deal with James Keffer's lawyer:

hal******.com

harold******.com

The above-referenced sites are under construction, as is our ALL NEW UPDATED jailthekeffers.com site to be unveiled soon (documenting all the additional evidence we have gathered since my wife's current state lawsuit was filed).

While James Keffer's lawyer has been busy collecting Keffer's money, I have been busy collecting evidence.

Other Keffer victims out there, please contact me with your documented evidence against Keffer dealerships, owners, managers, employees, and lawyers.
