- I don't recommend this business, especially the call center.
- Interviews hide the real job and after a month you learn the truth.
For anyone looking for a new career path, I do not recommend this business at all, especially if you're going to be working for the call center. They do not tell you the full story about the job at the interview or in the description of the job.
You will not find out what you're really getting yourself into until after waiting about a month to start, and then you'll find out that you're getting mistreated and they did nothing but lie to you! They're a group of individuals who don't care about you, they plaster how great their benefits are all over the place, just to attract you. But in reality, they don't care if you succeed or fail. You're nothing but a number.
They can find someone else to replace you tomorrow! You have to score at least 80% and they do not let you finish. If they feel that you are not scoring what they want you to score at the very beginning, they're going to let you go and say that you did not meet the qualifications before the courses are done with. They don't believe in overtime and they don't believe in aiding your success.
I mean, it's called training for a reason, but they don't understand what training means! They do not care about your health, they do not care about you generally. I tried to go to the doctor and they halted my progress and told me if I go to the doctor there would be consequences. They will give you your schedule.
They will meet and introduce you to the team, raising your hopes, making you think that you're all good, and then in a blink of an eye they take it and shatter your hopes. They smile at your face and then they betray you brutally. I would not trust anyone in KFCU and I would not be optimistic about staying with the company. My advice is to run, and run fast!
Trust me, take it from someone who has been there and done that. It's not worth your time, stress, energy, or even gas money. They are deceiving!
They humiliated me, embarrassed me, put me in debt with my bills, and just outright lied to me. It's not worth it!

AM able to use check image feature as it was fixed at the beginning of November, 2024.
Sometimes I realize that online billing can have glitches from time to time when customer will have problems. But the online checking feature (check image) feature does not work, and it has been that way since October 4, 2024, the last time I downloaded a cancelled/paid check and printed it out at home. "That feature" has not worked and this is going on 4 weeks. I have filed a written complaint and spoke with two managers one manager is director of operations for southern district in Mississippi (Jerrica Griffin) and spoke with (Jennifer Suniga), manager at Petal, Mississippi Branch, and even her checking account showed the feature not working.
I had to have personnel (Laura and Jennifer in online billing), to send me 4 copies of paid checks via online messaging service. As of today October 22, 2024, the feature still not working. I've noticed problems with delivery of online checks to merchants via "online billing", not reaching the merchant or money taking out of my account with no check processed, no check to be located (Credit union did put the money back into my account), so I've had to write new checks from my personal check book to creditors that did not receive their payment (no late fees were assessed thankfully), but the feature needs to be fixed, so customers can download paid checks and print them out in the privacy of their home. It's been three weeks now, so what is up???
I filed a complaint with the National Credit Union Association and BBB. I have included attachments that show the feature not available...

From Savings (IAW 8.31.22) $184,600.00 & Checking 24,200.00 (Total of $208,800.00). How can we do this without setting off alarm signals with the tax office?? I joined you in the mid-70s at RAF Alconbury, UK. Was always pleased with service I got (and still am).
However, it is time for me to cash in my chips & begin spreading the wealth between my wife, relatives & friends. Hope you can understand.

I have been trying to download a check image since July 11, 2022 and print it out to no avail. I finally got a copy emailed to me from customer service, but I have been doing it myself from home for the past 10 years or so.
THe service has been out since before JUly 2022 and I can't seem to get an answer as to when the feature will be working again. I like to download and print out certain "cancelled" checks every month to show proof of payment for my records, from the privacy of my residents and not bother KFCU employee about it. Surely there is a reason why the check image feature is not working properly?
I Have been a loyal customer for about ten years of longer, never had ant overdrafts, never had a bounced check, always paid my loans off, etc. So, why such bad service, with no "explanation"?
