Keepsolid is admittedly not the most state-of-the-art VPN, but for a one-time payment of 20 bucks, it more than meets my needs. I recently needed to cancel an extra slot for which I was paying 83 cents a month.
The website was extremely clunky to the point that I could not find a way to cancel that added service, but and emailed the customer support resulted in a quick response and the issue was immediately resolved. No complaints.

I purchased a lifetime subscription from KeepKolid VPN 4 years ago for I believe $30 (can't beat that price). I've been completely satisfied with their service.
Some time ago I added one additional paid slot for $0.89 a month but wanted to cancel it as I no longer needed it.
I'm pretty tech savvy when it comes to searching through websites but couldn't find any link on how to cancel this added service.
When I emailed customer support they responded within an hour and canceled that add-on. No hassles, no problems, no worries.
User's recommendation: VPN services have become highly competitive and there are free services out there that may very adequately meet your needs. Shop around and read reviews. KeepSolid works well for me.

- The subscription isn't recognized as active with my login.
- They wouldn't honor the email used to subscribe and want payment.
They wouldnt recognize my subscription as being active via the login credentials I signed with. Apparently since they wouldnt honor the very email address that I used to subscribe, they apparently want me to pay for an additional month or something. Not happy that they cant honor the subscription that was purchased on the App Store.

- After stop/refund request, KeepSolid VPN Unlimited was disconnected and no response.
I am a KeepSolid VPN Unlimited customer. Just recently I discovered a progression of unauthorized billings on my credit car.
It started with one extra billing a month and rapidly increase to 3 unauthorized billings each month. Shame on me for not catching it sooner as it was only .99 cents per billing. The subtle progression makes me wonder whether it was intentional. This on top of the fact that right after I politely requested that they stop the over billing and refund my money my service was disconnected and they stopped responding to my further requests.
I certainly cannot recommend this service to anyone. Sincerely Rick MacDonald
