This company is a horrible company! I had ordered a vanity from this company and it arrived damaged. Chips were all over the wooden vanity, cracks and the mirror itself had marks on it. Upon contacting KeeperHome I was yelled at over the phone by customer service and told that they would not replace the vanity.
I paid over roughly $500 for this damaged vanity and was forced to eat my money up because they refused to replace the item! Was told that they would have the supervisor call me to resolve the issue and never did! Upon calling back to inquire about the issue I was yelled at again, insulted and mistreated! Will never be buying from again and will make sure everyone knows about this place!
Stay away! They sell used goods and then refuse to meet up to the "quality" products they advertise!!
Having broken, used and low quality items mailed to you! Save your money for a company that can deliver!
Another unsatisfied customer
I ordered a Leslie Dame cd cabinet, $142. The first one arrived, and the back panel was broken.
I alerted KeeperHome, who asked for photos, which I sent. They sent another cabinet, but the back panel was broken again. At this point, I decided to try to make do, except the drawers from the first cabinet would not fit in the second, identical cabinet. I got 3 drawers to fit, so I decided to fill them as I worked on trying to force the other drawers.
When I had the drawers filled 2/3 full with cds, the bottom dropped out of the drawers. I sent ANOTHER email to Keeper Home, which was ignored. I waited a month, then decided I should leave a product review. The link for reviews on the site was broken.
I called customer service, who had no idea that there was even a link for product reviews on each page, and once she heard my purpose, she became very defensive and rude. I was told the link would be fixed, but I should email my story to them. She also told me my last email had not been received. When I told her it never bounced back, and possibly someone had deleted it, she became very rude.
I did as she asked and emailed my whole experience. I also found the email that mysteriously disappeared and forwarded that as well. My only reply was that my issue was being reviewed by a supervisor. That is the last I have heard.
Oh, and the review link was "fixed," so I wrote my review.
I know you will be surprised to know that the review of this inferior product has never appeared on their site. In fact, they have raised the price on the item!

Don't waste your time
I ordered a solar fountain and was told that it would be shipped in 3-5 days and I would get a conformation when it shipped out. I waited a week and then contacted them by phone.
I was given the run around about contacting smart solar to see why it wasn't shipped yet. I then waited another week and called in again. I was told the same thing, but this time they took my phone number to call me back when they had an answer from smart solar. Once again no phone call.
So then I went to E-mail them and no response. So I called a 3rd time and was told the same things once again. At that point I let them know I wanted the order canceled.
I was told that my credit card was not billed and I am waiting to see if that is true. I wanted this item for my garden and I feel like I wasted my time waiting for it.
Preferred solution: cancelled order and expect to not be charged

Today is been 2 months since I bought/ordered a headboard and I still don't know when I am going to get it. I called 2/3 times and the answer is the same: "I'll check with the manufacturer and let you know about the shipping information" which I know I am just gonna receive an automated message on my email saying they are having a delay, since thats what I've been getting before right after I called.
IF YOU ARE A COSTUMER LOOKING TO BUY ON THIS WEBSITE (www.keeperhome.com) THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU PAY THEM AND PUT IN THEIR WEBSITE YOUR CARD INFORMATION BECAUSE PROBABLY YOU ARE NOT GONNA GET YOUR ITEM, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. ALL I WANT IS A REFUND OF $122.40 FOR THE ITEM I NEVER RECEIVED!!!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE I WOULD DARE TO BUY SOMETHING IN THIS WEBSITE.

Just The Worst!
I have been on the phone with their so called customer service for a couple of days now because I bought a TV stand with a built in sound bar. However NO sound bar came with the product.
they keep telling me they will know whats going on in 24 hours but never do and I'm stuck with TONS of packaging and huge boxes that I cant get rid of over the weekend. And in my little apartment that pretty much means I cant use my kitchen! Worst customer service I've dealt with...
and I had comcast (also terrible!)... So if you enjoy talking to bunch of people who offer you know help and send you incomplete or broken products feel free to shop with KeeperHomes!
Unable to return damaged products
After 6 weeks or placing my order for a Hillsdale chest, it arrived without a call to schedule shipment.
We found out the top drawer was broken. Reported the issue and sent a photo requesting to return the chest.
I was told to ship it in the original packaging material, and pay for insurance. They reminded me not to write on the box as it will cancel the return. Now what if someone in the carrier decided to mark the box. My return will be voided for that.
The generously extended the offer to waive the restocking fees.
Imagine for receiving a defective product, I have to pay two way shipping and insurance. That is over 50% of the chest price.
When I requested an replacement, now I am asked to return the broken part in the original packaging , and to provide an order number. The problem is that, the chest is pre-built product, and the drawer is not removable.
Total silence after explaining that. Now my 11 years old daughter is totally upset and I have no clue if I will ever be able to return or exchange the chest.
Product quality=horrible, Customer service=horrible
I ordered a wooden shoe rack. The wood had several gouges in it and there were areas that were not stained properly.
I returned it for a refund, minus a $16 fee that was stated to be my original shipping cost reimbursement to them, It was listed as free shipping when I ordered. A %20 restocking fee was also deducted from my refund. 22 days after my return was received I still had not received my refund. They never responded to various email inquiries during that time and I finally had to call and then did receive my paltry "refund".
In total, I am out $45 to return their *** product to them as I had to also pay $15 to ship it back to them! It cost $46 to begin with!
Bad communication, poor custumer service
We ordered an outdoor fountain. They processed the order, luckily we paid with PayPal.
A week later we get a call that the fountain had been discontinued and they would send the refund, which they did! We then get a call saying the fountain had not been discontinued and were we still interested? We reordered it but at a different price, someone had made a mistake with the online pricing and they couldn't honor the original price but would give us a break from $1200 to $995, the original price was $850!
To make a long story short...order placed on April 17, fountain was paid for on April 28 and still waiting for shipment to ship! Supposedly it will be shipped on May 13:( this company could careless about the customer not to mention the employees are rude and incompetent!

How does this company stay in business? I placed an order and never heard a thing about it ever again.
It's been 33 days since the order was placed. I emailed and called only to get a run-around. They acknowledged that the item never even shipped. They've told me twice that a full refund will be given immediately.
Apparently immediately means days to them, because I still haven't gotten that either.
This company can't even get an order out, what would make me think they could give me a refund in a timely fashion either. I have since filed a claim with PayPal, and soon to my credit card company.
KeeperHome Not A Good Bet For You
I ordered a dining table and chairs from KeeperHome stores. The product came to me damaged.
I took lots of photos and have been corresponding with the Company but to no avail. I have been offered a mere $150.00 for the damages to have them repaired myself. An insult to purchase a brand new product and not arrive in an undamaged state. Fortunately for me, I am an attorney, and plan on suing the company.
I'm sorry for those who are not able to afford legal counsel and sue them.
If more people would sue, then company might be forced to stand behind products it sells. Don' buy from them!

I ordered an item and 11 days later after contacting them by my self i find out that item is on the back order and i would receive it only 1 month later. They suck!!! Don't buy from them. How they run their business if this *** happens.
You should at least monitor your orders somehow. Will never buy from them again. I don't understand the logic. Why i have to find out about this 11 days later?

No communication from them
I ordered a jewelry armoire on jan 7. Heard nothing and got no confirmation e-mail so I called.
They seemed surprised that I hadn't received e-mail they say was sent. On Jan 16 I called to check status of my order, as I hadn't received anything about my item shipping, which it should have by now. Again the customer service person I spoke with is surprised that I didn't get the e-mail she says was sent on jan. 9 to inform me my item is back ordered until march 15.
After seeing the comments here I think I will cancel my order.
I only hope I get my money back as I used an American Express gift card to pay. I'll let you know the outcome.

I am absolutely furious as I sit here to write this. I have already called this Internet site's Customer Service Department and left an angry message, but I am NOT nearly done.
First I heard nothing about my order long after it was due to be delivered. I finally called and the customer service woman promised me a call back...which I NEVER received. A delivery company finally called a few days later saying they had my order. I got a brief and disinterested email from Customer Service at Keeper Homes, basically saying my product was shipped and, "This concludes our business." What a rude brush-off.
I finally did receive my LONG overdue product today from R&L Carriers. They insisted I set up an appointment for delivery and then promised me a call 30 minutes before. Instead, I received a call from the delivery man as he stood outside my door, 10 minutes before I was due to pick up five-year-old son from his first week of Kindergarten. My husband was not due home for 15 minutes, but could have left early had I indeed gotten the call at the 30 minutes prior mark as I had been promised.
I went out to meet the delivery man who then informed me he was not allowed to deliver anything up stairs...I LIVE IN A CONDOMINIUM WITH 2 SETS OF STAIRS JUST TO GET TO MY UNIT DOOR!!!!!!! Had there been any information in my order regarding this caveat I would have PAID for shipping!!!!!!!!!!
I called R&L Carriers and the customer service person refused to allow the delivery man to carry the over 100 pound delivery up the stairs. ALONE with only 5 minutes to spare at this point, I had to carry the boxes to my unit in order to keep them from blocking the doorway to our building. I AM DISGUSTED BY THIS SERVICE. And I was several minutes late to pick up my son.
I intend to find any venue - Internet review sites, email, social networking sites, phone, in person - in which I can warn as many people as possible to be wary of ordering from Keeper Home or Keeper Stores or any affiliates. Whatever one might save in price and shipping, will be paid for in inconvenience and possibly sweat.
The order isn't a win until a customer comes back for a second order. Get a clue and get a better delivery company Keeper Stores.

Charged a curio cabinet on my credit card, purchase was made by phone after seeing product on the web. A week later canceled the order. Was told I would be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. This item was neither shipped or received. Why should I be charged a re-stocking fee ? Over a week later I still have not received a credit to my account. I ordered a teak towel rack in September and have yet to receive this item. I called in October and told it was back-ordered. I tried to call them and the number is disconnected, I tried the website and it is no longer up.
does anyone have any idea how I can get my money back?
