For some reason i cannot log in to the...
- - Cannot log in to the Keeper app or desktop.
- - No way to contact support during tax season.
- - Emailed support and awaiting a reply; reinstall tried, no luck.
For some reason, I cannot log in to the Keeper app, and I also tried to log in on my desktop, and that didn't work either. There's no way to get in contact with anybody, and it's now right around tax season.
I'm a freelance driver, and Keeper Tax was tracking my expenses; this was very important for tax purposes. I'm paying a lot of money per year for this service. I just emailed them; now let's see how long it takes for them to respond.
I also uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. No luck!
