Cannot reach to cancel service

Hello Keppa support team, After buying keepa subscription I am very angry because on the third day, my account was temporarily blocked for 168 hours and now its again blocked for 634 hours even though I didn't break any rules or didn't do any violation according to your guide lines plz solve this issue as soon as possible.
