I ordered mine weeks ago, but it has not arrived. I've reached out tl customer service (via e-mail), but zero response! I don't even know how to get my money back and they charge so much!

Awful customer service, non responsive and slow.
Ive tried contacting customer service several times in regards to my order with no response. They used to respond 2/3 days but now its weeks before you get anything. So frustrating!
