Keep Shooting - An order i placed
I have left numerous phone messages and emails to no results. They say 24/7/365 customer service. *** My order is now 20 plus days, money is out of my account, and I haven't been able to contact anyone and have had no response. Not a very good way to run a business!!! All i want is the product they said they had in stock when I placed the order online.

Company has always been SLOW to ship my orders. To wait...and wait...and wait and then receive the WRONG stuff is frustrating. Reaching out MULTIPLE times to their supposed customer service (both phone and email/contact) resulted in simply being totally ignored. LOST - forever - a long term, repeat customer due to simply not caring, from proper order selection, to ship times, to making things right when the company made a mistake, was simply too much to ask for.

Kind of Sleazy and Unfriendly

Would not honor advertised transfer fee. Tried to raise transfer fee to $55 + $10 MSP fee because they already had the same model in their stock. They will try to charge extra processing fee for exchanging a purchase even before it was processed. Mario has that quality of someone trying to nickel and dime you any way he can without having to actually earn your business. If you don't want to do transfers don't list yourself as FFL. If you don't spend time doing paperwork to sell stuff and make customers happy, don't sell stuff.

I have ordered several items from BTP and never had a problem, they had prompt and accurate delivery. Clothing and accessories and parts and such. They also have some really cool import items you cannot get anywhere else. There firearm and parts selection is extensive. Overall I give them five out of five . Now this site wants me to type 100 words so buy buy buy buy buy buy buy buy buy buy buy buy buy from BTP BTP BTP BTP BTP BTP BTP BTP BTP buy buy buy buy buy buy buy buy buy good good good good good buy buy buy 100.

Charged card after agreement to cancel order

Waited 3 business days with no movement on the transaction despite policy stating they were open to ship and accept orders. Called to cancel. They said they would, then the next business day charged my account.Called in again to cancel was greeted by a rude lady that just asked for my order number then hung up with out and confirmation of cancellation. No names were given by customer service agents. This company purposely charged my card the day after the supposed cancellation in an attempt to make me feel like it would be too much trouble to follow up and ensure it was done thus still giving them the order and my money.
