great prices, always get thru to customer service - always a solution

can change plans anytime up or down, not locked in

TMobile reseller so always great service - haven't found anyone better

I sent mobile data and it's not been credited

I sent mobile data to my friend in Zambia and it has not yet been credited to his account. It shows on my account info the transaction was successful. It's been over 12 hours.i have no idea how to get help from them.
