Wrong size

I would like to make a claim for defective shoes.
Love my keds since I was in elementary school. I keep on buying for me and now my daughter’s.
Love my Kate spades and for that same reason only used them a handful of times.
Used them for an outdoor wedding and felt them funny, come to find out they came off from the side of the sole. Would like to know if I can get them fixed or replaced please.Thanks Maggie
