KD Cycles issues

Dropped my bike off with a tire and tube and a set of rear brakes to be placed on my bike. Called and the receiver indicated that all I had to do was bring it in any time and we can squeeze it in. Brought it in on a Tuesday at noon and said it would be done that day (No Call). On Wednesday at noon I called and the answer was it was done but the owner needed to create the billing. Came to the shop at 4:30PM and the bike was sitting outside but the mechanic said the billing was still not done and I would have to wait as the owner left 24 hours ago and can not be reached. I called the police and by the time the police showed up the owner mysteriously showed up. Needless to say I got the bike but the police had to calm the owner down. They may do good work on occasion but they are totally unorganized and that situation just leads to an issue and do you want that on your bike while riding up the mountain? Just stay away is your best bet.
