Bad customer service
A few years ago, I hired #KC Services to install a new Cozy heater in my front room as well as a wall heater in my kitchen.
A few month ago, I received a call from Virginia asking if I was still interested in having my hot water heater flushed. I informed her at that time that the Cozy heater had stopped working.
She informed me her company no longer services the heater I purchased directly from THEM.
Her "suggestion" was to call PGE and report a gas leak. She said a spider could have caused the problem. A spider I thought? Why not a gang of malicious ants?
First of all, I'm not a liar and I would never report a gas leak to elicit an emergency response.
Secondly, even if I did, PGE would come into my house and they would immediately detect no odor of a gas leak. I couldn't believe what she was suggesting I do.
I would never recommend this company to family, friend/foe or for that matter a stranger.
I did receive a call from one of their employees about a month ago, inquiring if I was still interested in having them flush my hot water heater.
I explained the problem with the Cozy heater and that KC wasn't willing to service my heater. He advised he would look into the matter and would get back to me. You guessed it.
I'm STILL waiting for that call.
Surprise surprise.
Needless to say, KC will not be flushing my hot water heater or performing any other work for me. As far as I'm concerned, THEY are the ones that can get flushed.
I intend to post reviews to other social media platforms in the hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
I find it ironic that the description of their own company states:
"They pride themselves...on their COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION..."
AND,
"THEY GUARANTEE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION"
Easy to say...apparently harder to back it up with actions.
Preferred solution: I would like them to repair the heater they installed.

Bad Customer Service
This company is based in Santa Rosa, CA. They refused to service the broken heater they installed and suggested I notify my electric company to report a gas leak.
User's recommendation: I suggest finding a reputable company, not them.
