Tells you after you give your deposit that you are responsible for cleaning up after his other tenants that move out and you are responsible for all the repairs and maintenance.

He has no business in this business. Beware he is a theif.

Took 10000 and ran up fraudulent charges saying i owed them for water bill snd i refused to psy. So it offset my upfront psid 6 minths rebt.see my and illegally evicted me

Illegally robbing their tenants

An illegal move out inspection

was done 3 weeks after I moved out.

I was charged $2,000 Because they stated it was hair in the shower drain. My son has lead in him and has lived in KC rental his entire life. I am seeking an attorney.

Nasty company to deal with. ZERO stars is too many.

1) Properties are {{Redacted}}

2) If YOU call the police know that you will get evicted for a police report.

3) You WILL NOT get your deposit back. There is no way you will get a deposit back - for any reason.

4) You will be charged for carpet cleaning (even if you did it yourself and it was better than when you got there), You will be charged for repainting, You will be charged for damages (again, even if they were there before you rented). These charges are IN ADDITION TO not returning your deposit.

5) When neighbors smoke pot in their apartment it will leak into your apartment and all of your clothes will smell like you've been high for days.

That's enough - the list goes on and on. Just wanted to warn others. Year lease is 365 days too many for this company.

This company is very nice in beginning then once your in property it becomes a game of telephone harassment, they like childplay an hear say games, Paula will call you daily leaves rude messages, Kay the other manager is same way, they like games, but never provide stuff in writing as Kansas Law Requires, they talk mad stuff an leave a tiny girl named Whitney to face you if you go into office, and she don't know ½ the problem just left to defend the others actions. they do not follow state laws cause they know if it was in writing several counties judges would frown upon their actions, As a owner I would have been oblivious to their actions should I not questioned their tenant, who kept records, This company was the worse mistake I have chosen in years.

They show you all these good ratings and talk a good game, in reality my tenant pays them monthly in rent to live a nightmare. I would suggest you find your own tenants it will be more accurate, you will know your tenant an no one will be harassed. There is nothing this company does you can't do for yourself.

Sheriff Dept does background check, civil departments tell you about judgements an evictions, an you have several ways to see credit don't fall victim to this company. Stay Away

Glad I am not their only victim I hired them as a professional property manager to my home located at the legends, they have also harassed not only my tenant but myself and my husband. This management was our worst mistake of hiring, they have us now involved in a slander lawsuit and a lawsuit with the state of Kansas behind a letter they sent about the No Dog rule when the tenant made them aware the animal being brought to our property was a legal documented seeing eye dog.

My tenants made us aware their first payroll check would not arrive till 13th and they have already filed evictions with a large attorney fees and expenses. Do NOT HIRE THEM as a professional property manager, I'm two months in and this has been a nightmare.

KC Home Rental Properties should be prosecuted for breaking and entering and theft. I have owned my Plaza condo for 10 years.

A fellow owner rented out his unit using KC Home Rental Properties to a customer of this company. The tenant takes it upon herself to "assume" that the storage unit in the basement belongs to her. She calls this company to have them cut the lock from my storage unit and removes all of my property. When I discover that the lock is cut and my storage unit is stripped bare, I inform the HOA President and HOA management company.

They are shocked and advise me to call the police. I plan to walk the report into the police department when I am done with my appointments. When I return home that afternoon, I am again shocked to find that some of my items have been dumped onto the basement floor in random garbage bags. I call the HOA to report that some of the items have been returned.

I am again told to call the police. Another tenant enters the building and tells me he heard about the theft. Then the new tenant walks into the building and explains that she was confused about the storage units and that she had my lock cut and had my items removed. WTF?

This is a 4 unit building. You couldn't knock on the doors to see if the storage unit belonged to one of the owners? You couldn't slide a note under a door to see if the storage unit belonged to one of the owners? I am bewildered.

10 years worth of my possessions are strewn into random garbage bags, and half of my stuff is randomly missing. My storage unit was an exercise in organization. Everything was in containers or neatly on shelves. You would have to be an *** to assume that these items were abandoned by a previous tenant.

And even if you did assume that, Landlord-Tenant Law would prevent you from touching any of the items. The *** Colleen, simply gives me the phone # to the company and tells me that they are very difficult to contact. WTF? Why is it my job to hunt down the company that has robbed me?

Isn't it your job to get this situation remedied? I have to be at a previously scheduled event and i return after 11pm to find that the *** Colleen who set all of this in motion, has not had the common decency to place the items back into the storage unit. Who does that? I have called the company a dozen times today and they could care less.

I have filed a police report and will sue them in small claims court for breaking and entering, theft. and intentional inflection of emotional distress!!!

The owners of the company Kaye Wissing and Dan Wissing are horrible business people. They are rude and scream at you when you make a complaint.
