KC Auto Detailing

You reviewed K&C Elite Auto Detailing2 minutes agoI was very displeased with my auto detailing service at K&C in Walpole. I was instructed to drop the car off at 8am, but when I waited until 8:20 and they still hadn't arrived, I left my keys in the drop box.

Around noon, I called to see what time my car would be available. The man that answered the phone simply answered with a rushed "hello?", not even identifying the business name or his name. I was told the car would not be ready until 5pm. The car was not finished until 5:20pm.

When I went to pick up the car, they wanted to charge me another $30 for extra dog hair vacuuming without ever asking me if I wanted it done. When I went to pay for this unwanted service with my debit card, they told me they only accept cash. All I had on me was the $20 that I was going to give as a tip. The worker replied, "I'll take $20 for it then".

Then when I left, 3 of my automatic windows would not go up or down. Days later, one of them still won't.

I found the service men rude and feel taken advantage of. I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone.
