They have completely ignored any communication, and refused to answer the BBB complaint.

Plumber was here less than 5 minutes and told us the water heater was still under warranty from Rheem. He told me to call them because the wires inside the water heater melted.

I used a home warranty company however this company lied to them, so they did not have to fix anything. Rheem looked at the pictures and said it was a defective water heater and that KBR Plumbing lied to the warranty company. Very unprofessional, they screwed me out of 75 dollars for less than 5 minutes of work for something I already told them before they even looked at the issue. This company are crooks and thieves.

They should have their license removed and the plumber fired for incompetency. The warranty company said they should have removed it and let us take it back to where it was bought and replaced and then KBR should have come back out and installed it based on our warranty with our house. People need to know this company will screw you as much as they can. Update 8 days later still no water heater, however the company has lied more than once to the insurance company.

They charged me 400 dollars extra, and trying to get an invoice with details of what I paid. Unfortunately I did not pick this company or I would never have used them due to constant problems with communication and outright fabrication on information.
