Did not honor claims on reapirs.

I had repair work done on my furnace in December, 2010. It is now March, 2011 and my claim has not been paid. When I call, they acknowledge the claim and say they are paying it, but they never do. At other times all I get is a recorded message and they never return my call. I have been paying for this insurance to KBK for several years now. When I call the number on their stationery, they say that the never heard of me. This company is not to be recommended for anything. Stay away from this company; they do not deliver what they say.
