Many members of palladion society are not at all satisfied with this builder.He has not provided any amenities like he had promised.Garden is not at all managed well.Many workers complain and say that he does not pay them on time .nothing in the society is completed yet.VV irresponsible builder is he.

Unhygienic Builder Review
This group is v v irresponsible n most unhygienic builder.In palladion society balewadi he has still kept open drainages n also there r many leakages which he is not ready to repair.

- - Possession delayed by PMC regulation; handed over after resolution; I am satisfied.
I wanted a flat in such a society which had a Swimming Pool, play area for my kids, security, and other amenities like club house etc. I got all of them in Palladion.
Though the handing over the possession of the flat got delayed due to some new PMC regulation but once that was resolved, I got the my flat within no time. Such unprecedented delays are beyond our control. Not only this project but many other projects of different builders had to face the same issue.
It helped neither the builder's cause nor ours. But today, I am indeed highly satisfied with my flat.

Thanks for KBD group for giving all the amenities which was promised. gas pipe line started, swimming pool and hydro massage pool has been activated, fantastic club house with modern games.
security system worth less ( electric fencing seeing first time on compound wall of society, access control, door phone, burglar alarm). feeling so secured and happy in this society. nice garden and enough parking place as per plan.
