Kays Naturals
Fraud Company
I had a man stating that he was raising money to go to acting school. I wrote a check to National Cash awards for a magazine for 2 years which cost me $50.00 he said that he would even walk my dog or mow my lawn.
The check was cashed and 6 months later nothing came. I tried to contact National Cash Awards but then i noticed the check was cashed under Kay's Natural,Inc. I am writing to say don't buy anything from these companies. If someone comes to your house i would only buy something if it is from a local school or local troop.
These 2 companies are complete frauds.....
Kays Naturals, LLC never delivered my magazines
I purchased a subscription on 2/14/08 from a young man claiming he was home schooled and lived right around the corner from my home in Hacienda Heights, CA. He said he was trying to earn a trip.
The receipt I have does not list a contact # but does note that the person selling is clearing orders through Kays Naturals, LLC PO BOX 43888 Phoenix , AZ 85080 and not Kays Naturals, Inc. After 4 months of not receiving the first copy, I sent an e-mail to the website I found online but I never received a reply. When I purchased the subscription, I told the young man $54 was too expensive for me and he offered to pitch in part from donations he was given.
These type of people ruin it for for other kids who are honestly trying to earn something, I will never purchase anything from door sales people.
Scammed me
In Oct 2007 a young man named bill, fs#042 sold me a subscription to your magazine called Angels. I have only recieved only 2 copies, It is now May 16 2008!
this is pretty sad that Kays sends young people out to scam people... It needs to stop!
I think that anyone that has been scammed by this company and cannot get ahols of them or they do not recieve an e-mail and recieve comensation they need to call Better Buisness Bureau or go to their web site to report the scam. This is wrong and needs to stop.
Kays Naturals LLC
I bought a magazine subscription from someone earning money. It was $48.00 and I was told I would get $14.00 of it back when the check cleared.
It cleared immediately. That was 4 months ago. I called the magazine that we bought a subscription to and there is no record of a subscription in our name. Nobody replies when you contract them through their web site either.
This is a SCAM. Beware!! www.ournaturals.com is the web sitre which is still up and running. No phone number.
Does anybody know who this can be reported to and how?
Kay's Naturals, Inc. does not sell magazines and is being slandered.
The company described on this website is a legitimate company. We do not sell magazines and have nothing to do with the company using our name that does.
We have sued the company that does for using our name. We will sue for slander anyone who tells the public we are the company selling magazines and that we took their money and did not deliver.

Each of these links will give you and the local police all the information you need.
If you have written them a check, you may want to have your bank cancel the check. We hear these stories from people daily and having you slander us does not solve the problem.
If you are slandering our company - we have done nothing to you - you may want to rethink your position.
Kays Naturals, LLC did not deliver!
We purchases books from Kays Naturals, LLC believing we were assisting a child's dream of playing soccer in a foreign country. After one year, we are still waiting for the installment of our books.
I've tried to email the company, but their email address does not work. There is no phone number to contact this company on any of the receipts that we have in our possession.
Partly my fault that I waited so long to attempt to contact the company, but I misplaced the receipts.
The Kays Naturals website is still up and running, something should be done to stop these gypies.
She misrepresented who she was and stole my money.
A very enthusiastic young woman came to the door claiming that she was from the UCSB Soccer Team. "We've just won the championship and we need to raise money to get to Hawaii! I am so excited! My aunt lives right up the hill from you. Do you know her?"
She then whipped out a big wod of magazine lists from which I could choose. These would go to either "the Children Hospitals or the troops abroad; whichever you want!" I was to then sign the receipt and WAM! what a surprise: the cheapest magazine cost $48. But hey! I was to (suddenly) get half of the money back, don't worry, etc.
Her mother would call me in about an hour after she left. Right! I had stopped believing her before that and wrote a phoney name on my check. She didn't notice. I then looked up the Kays Naturals website on the receipt and learned of this ***!
I fell for the same thing
I can't believe I fell for the same scam. Back in November a young girl came to my house selling Disney kid's books.
She said she was from the neighborhood and that her dad was even the main person in charge of the neighborhood watch. She said she was trying to raise money for her soccer team also. It's now the 1st of February and still haven't received anything. But the check I wrote was cashed.
What can I do to get my money back?
The name of the company on the back of the check I found out was Kay's Natural inc.
Scammed by for $40.00 Book Purchase for sick Childred
02/08/08
This scam is still happening, same story about soccer team and Mom walking her dog around neighborhood, (Yorba Linda, Ca) Plse buy magazines to help with funding of soccer. I did fall for it - 20 minutes later, I had a funny feeling and went online to verify info and found all these complaints.
I placed stop pmt and my check, closed my checking account and made report to Brea Police Dept. So... be warned... beware of people representing themselves as Kays Natureal LLC .

Kay Naturals scamed me on a book order
I had a guy knock on my door that appeared to be about 15 and "a little slow", he said to me that he was "fund raising" for a football team. He was sellling mags and books.
He was very talkative and stumbled alot. He said that his mother was making him do this by himself because now that he was in college, he needed to be responsible. College?? A red flag went off but I bought anyway due to the obvious development delay.
After he left, I didn't feel comfortable, and it was very uneasy. I then went on the website and the first thing that popped up was "Rip Off Alert" I immediately freaked and told my adult son. He immediately went out and found him in the neighborhood and got my check back. The "so called slow boy" didn't even question as to why and returned the check.
I am probably one of few who didn't let it go...
they didn't win!! AMEN to the alert consumer.

I as well am a victim of the Soccer scam. I live in a new neighborhood and the boy that came to my door was also high pressure. He was telling me the same story about how he lived in another part of the neighborhood and his Mom walked her dog around where my house was. I didn't think anything of it, because there are so many people that walk there dogs around here. He also offered to wash my car, I even gave him a glass of water as he sat at my counter telling me all about his life. Oh just thinking about it makes my blood boil.
I recently received a letter telling me that the magazine I order has had some unforseen issues and was returned to them. They were unable to fulfill it. Instead they sent a list of magazines to choose from that were totally unexceptable. They were magazines that were in no way like the one I originally ordered.
I just sent an email to the company ournaturals.com demanding different selections within a week or I was canciling my order. I'll keep you posted on the results.

Two boys with nearly the same story (parent in neighborhood, soccer team, will do something for homeowner) came to my home in a new neighborhood selling very expensive books. They talked their way into my home and stayed too long.
After the fact, I felt that I had been cased for a break-in. their behavior was highly suspicious in hind sight. People need to be made aware of what Kays Naturals is training these young people to do, and to call the police.
they should also be reported to homeowner's associations so they can notifty new homeowners in their newsletters as to what to watch for. If the neighborhood is posted the homeowner can also ask for their "letter of permission from the HOA", which will usually discourage them from returning.

I can't believe I fell for this! Young kid came to my door on August 17 with a package he said was delivered to his home.
He then asked if I would be interested in helping him earn money for his soccer team. Very nice looking, personable young man, said he just graduated high school and was on a travelling soccer team. Told me he was from Michigan and his parents were letting him take a year off from school to pursue his dream of playing in this travelling soccer team. Said he planned next year to go to the University of Tampa.
So I invited him in and proceeded to buy two magazines each with a two year subscription at a cost of $112. Gave me an official receipt.
Only after he left with check in hand did I feel uneasy. My next step is to notify the police.

On 2/14/2007 I purchased a set of books for $74.00 from two young guys who were soliciting in my new neighborhood. In April sent in a reminder to the website posted to let them know that I had not yet received my order. Although they said to allow 120 days, it is now July 27th and the days have long expired.
I logged in again today, only to discover that I had been conned in the same way as others have been by this scam business. Please put a stop to this illegal activity and if possible, get them to refund the money stolen.

Kay's Naturals - Scam!
I, too have not received my book set as ordered. It has been almost 6 months and there are no books, no contact with a "Roger" who said he would come and wash my car, not to mention, he also promised me a $25 Borders Gift certificate if I ordered from him.
I think it's a shame that these people are getting away with taking our money under the pretense that they are working their way through college. I should have asked for ID and when he gave me his phone number, I should have called it immediately. I believe my money is lost and here I was only doing it to help him. I went to their website and it angers me that they said they would get back to me in 24 hours.
They haven't.
There is no phone number.
