Kayra Threading Salon and Spa

I went here to get my facial done at Kayra eyebrows and threading on peach and shaw right behind Valero gas station. This place is useless. They used cheap product on me that caused reaction to both of eyes. It kept itching for 2 days. My doctor told me that it was the reaction was the from the products that was used on my face. Kayra also suggested me to buy a face wash and another eye cream that had the seal broken and it looked used. Since the product was open and the seal was broken I took a little bit and I put it under my eye and the reaction continued happening so my doctor told me to discontinue using the product because its reacting to my eye they sold ,They sold me used product and then blamed me for opening it ,this place is a fake and then they blame customers for their own reactions. They knew the seal was broken because they watched me looking at the product and didnt say anything because their goal was to sell defective product because they were loosing money. As soon as I mentioned that I was going to put a review on yelp and Google review the owner of the company Kayra said I will refund everything but prior to that she was arguing with me So if you want to start wasting money please go ahead and get service done here. For many of you if you see RS on the back of the product that means that's how much they paid in India and they sell the same product five times the price in their store so my product was RS 250 which is like $2.50 dollars and they sold it for $10 of here. I hope this helps I am never going back here and never suggesting anyone to go back. So the owner asked me to bring the product back and she will refund me $113 when I showed up at her store she asked me what do you want to do and I told her the whole scenario after that she only refunded me a $8 dollar. She did not keep up with her words. She said you can go and give a review about my business and she didnt care . When threading she reused the same thread she use on someone else. She talks so much that she doesnt pay attention to what she is saying.
