AI Highlights
  • - Limited contact: no phone; emails bounce.
  • - March debit $35 instead of $30, despite a $5 reduction for 6 months starting Dec 2024, and Ryan said $40 is due Aug 27, 2025.

They are practically impossible to contact, no phone number and emails bounce back when sent to help.discover@***.com.au

Below is the email I wrote to Kayo:

I just noticed that $35.00 was debited from my account on Thursday 27th March when it should have been $30.00 as I accepted a $5.00 reduction offer for 6 months in December 2024. The $40.00 payment would occur on 27 August 2025 as confirmed by Ryan on 28th February. Thus, why was $35.00 and not $30.00 debited from my account?

Regards
