Kaufman land and auctions extend end times

I registered to bid on a piece of property offered on an online auction sight. The terms and conditions gave an ending time .

There was no reserve on this property. I watched the bids and bid myself the last hour before it ended. There was a countdown clock on the page. When the countdown got below two minutes the clock reset to just under five minutes.

I was suprised but continued to watch and bid. In a couple minutes, the clock again reached the two minute mark it happened again! By this time I went back to check terms and conditions to see if there was any mention of a chance of doing this.

The aurcion continued for nnearlyfourty five minutes past ther posted ending time, extended a few minutes at a time. The land sold for nearly $40000 more than it would have at the posted ending time.....its a *** scam to keep people going.I have no problem with people making money but advertise it that way!!
