They advertised Coloplast showing a picture of two 4 oz bottles and only sent one. When I complained they said the price was for one bottle.
Then I checked again it definitely said 2 bottles. Next day I checked and the ad for 2 bottles had been removed.
I could buy an 8 oz bottle for the same price as the 4 oz elsewhere. I felt scammed.

The website shows and offers avail El crutches for 6'2"-7'0". Which is what we needed and ordered.
And we received crutches that go to 5'9". Could NOT talk to a person, only leave message and go through email. Which they refunded the money and said to donate the crutches. No offer of sending the right ones.
No one returns voicemails.
Finally after being persistent and chatting thru the website I get a callback and they don't have the tall height that they advertise. Which are STILL on the website.

Katy Med Solutions sells online and thru Amazon. I can't rate their online store, but I can rate their performance on items sold thru Amazon.
They sell Poise pads thru Amazon.
My wife wanted ultimate absorbency long length contour fit pads, found pads on Amazon that appeared to be correct. the product picture was the ultimate absorbency long length contour fit pads. drilling down on the product page revealed a statement that they were contoured. We placed the order.
delivery was within expected time frame. But the product received was not the contour fit pads.
what we received was the regular fit pads.
I checked further down the product page, found a product number. turns out that product number is the number for the regular pads not the contour fit pads as indicated by the picture and the product description.
When we checked with Katy Med Solutions, they told us that they shipped what we ordered so they won't do anything for us.
Damned poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Full refund

I purchased DermaPhor moisturizing Ointment 16oz. The bottle didn't have a seal and when I opened it, it was almost an inch from the top line, missing cream.
Is as if some removed some cream from the bottle. Do not order from this company!
