Fraudulent activity
Victor the ( manager) called me to say the casino was closing and I was entitled to a refund of $4,350.00
He need the card info I used to deposit at the casino. I stupidly gave it to him and he withdrew $395.00.
He also bought Bitcoin with My cash app account., wait it gets better!!!
He then proceeded to ask me for $277.00 so they can refund my money they took really?
I told him to f off .
I am going to do everything possible to get this scammer on notice and shamed!! Off you have the same scam please send it to whoever needs its attention.

I got the bonus of 200 spins. I won, then played it down to 800 ish.
And I had to go to work after I tried to log on and it doesn't work. I realize I cannot take the money out, but it's still 800+ to play with.

I haven't received a response back from Kats Casino. I've emailed several times and receive nothing from them. Its been nearly two months and I still haven't received my withdrawal funds
I played all required playthroughs of the new player, no deposit promo. I was lucky enough to meet all requirements and the banking department stated they would pay me and took all of my information.
It's been well over two months now and I haven't received anything. I have called multiple times and I'm told each time that they cannot access my account because I am a non-depositor.
They pay withdrawals via a third party, which takes $30 of the $100 I won. I've received nothing and they won't give me any information when I call.

Victor how ever yelled at Me and told me I waa a liar when told I was promised a date. Then realized he was wrong w dates where listed . No apologies. Just arrogance.
I still have not got funds and they claim its a glitch. However they lie at every turn . I followed this casino from its original vegas rush. I believe they were shut down due to incorrect policy and behavior.
I didn't experience this .However. I see why now.
They ignore my emails now. And no phone calls as assured from management.

I won 2130 its been since Jan 23 . I'm told every week it's scheduled for next week.
It never comes. Customer service is horrible. They lie over and over again. Account manager does same.
They say 5 to 7 say payment w butcoin it's been two months.
They dint care and lie over and over DO NOT DEPOSIT W THIS CASINO. THEY ARE HORRIBLE

Beware of this casino! They are cheating and stealing from their customers.
They took my money and they will take yours too, they wont pay you just like they wont pay me. They accepted my money via debit card which is registered with my current address, but refused to pay up. They claimed my address on my casino account did not match my documents, but that was false. If this is true then my deposit to the casino would have been declined in the first place but it was not.
My card and my documents have my current address. I dont know how they got an old address for me on my profile because my iPhone uses autofill with my current address anytime I need to create an account online. They wont fix their mistake nor correct my address in my casino account, unless I give up my balance.
This casino is dishonest and is a fraud. Dont let them get away with this scam!
